Creative Front End Developer

As a front end developer who studied Cognitive Science at SFU, my goal is to combine cognition and computing to utilize an interdisciplinary approach to improving user experiences on the web.

From publishing a journal showcasing outstanding research papers to founding a conference and inspiring engineers to think about future technologies, my passion for technology brings me closer to that goal everyday.

Currently, I have a passion for immersive user experiences with 3D JavaScript.

CMPT 340: Biomedical Computing

  • As a team, we created a Journal Article summarizer with Covid-19 specific keywords to help synthesize information more efficiently
  • Helped with fetching data and use of regular expressions to create a bag of word model with Python and the NLTK library

Speech-filter Guessing Game

April, 2019

CMPT 365: Multimedia Systems

  • With a partner, we created a speech recognition software that takes a user's speech input, which then outputs a filtered voice for the next person to guess.
  • Integrated google's web API to decode data from speech-to-text and created our application GUI in Tkinter
